Things are heating up at 1500 Degrees, the farm-to-table with a carnivorous bent restaurant at Miami Beach’s posh Eden Roc, where Roc-star chef Paula DaSilva is putting together a four-course dinner (plus pre-meal munchies) featuring five wines from Napa’s superlative Mi Sueno Winery. The festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, and will include dishes like duck confit with soft farm egg paired with Mi Sueno’s Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and roasted monkfish with chipotle sauce partnered to the winery’s El Llana red wine blend.
