In 2008 Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks was traded from the Suns to the Heat for Shaquielle O’Neal, barely a year latter the Heat are trading him out again for another O’Neal, according to AP. Jermaine O’Neal that is, along with his Toronto Raptors teammate Jamario Moon.
Marion, a four time NBA all-star, never found his footing in Miami and missed time for injuries. Though, his last mast minute, game winning dunk against the Bulls last night will always make us wonder what could have been.
