Postpone that TV dinner you had planned for this evening–it’s time to call and make reservations at your favorite upscale restaurant.

Tonight is “Dine Out and Save Lives” night, sponsored by Care Resource, South Florida’s largest and oldest HIV/AIDS community health provider. Here’s how it works: go to their website, click on the “Dining Out” graphic, then pick one of the restaurants on the list. At the end of the meal, pay your check, 25% of which will be donated to Care Resource’s efforts to eliminate HIV and AIDS from the South Florida community.

Just in case you’d rather just call right now, I’ve posted the complete list of participating eateries after the jump.

Will you step up to support New Times this year?

At New Times, we’re small and scrappy — and we make the most of every dollar from our supporters. Right now, we’re $17,500 away from reaching our December 31 goal of $30,000. If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of New Times, now’s the time to give back.

$30,000

Bravo to all participating establishments.
