To be alive on the Metromover is a horrifying experience. To die there is just tragic.
Officials temporarily shut down service on the inner loop of the Metromover in downtown Miami this morning after a man’s body was found in one of the cars.
The discovery was made at 5:30 a.m. when a passenger reported an unresponsive body inside a Metromover car near the Government Center station. Paramedics were called and confirmed the man was dead.
No other information about the man’s identity or circumstances of his death have been revealed.
However, Metromover service has been restored. Just try to not think about the possibility of sitting where a dead man turned up a few hours earlier.
