He’s such a baby because the Dolphins make him cry, and he’s teaming up with Rascal Flatts in support of his recent (three years is recent right?) turn to country music. Darius Rucker, the lead singer of the on again off again Hootie & The Blowfish, decided to go solo again last year. That worked out pretty well for him, with “Learn to Live” hitting number one on Billboard’s Country Albums chart. Hootie is technically still together, but with his solo career blowing up like it is, it’s hard to imagine he’ll be doing much with the group in the near future. Darius Rucker is opening for Rascal Flatts on July 24 at Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach. Tickets run $24.75 and up, and can be purchased through LiveNation.
