Yesterday, Crossfade published a blog reviewing Pitbull‘s new Planet Pit app for the iPhone 4: “Is Pitbull’s New Planet Pit App Worth Its $9.99 Price Tag?”
But we accidentally purchased both the iPad-only version of the app, and another official Pitbull app, this time for the iPhone, that used an almost identical logo and Planet Pit album artwork. We were quickly alerted to the mixup by Pitbull HQ, then unpublished the blog.
Right now, Pit’s people are getting us “the correct version of the app, so you can update your blog and truly have the Planet Pit experience.” Watch for a revised review later this week.
