Quattro Gastronomia Italiana puts the boot (as in Italy) to the traditional holiday meal, dishing up three courses for $70 per person. Feasting begins at 4 p.m. and runs until no one can eat any more. Among the choices are pumpkin strudel with foie gras; turkey breast stuffed with focaccia, cranberries and sausage; and warm apple brioche with gingerbread zeppole and caramel gelato.
