The classiest option is at the Biltmore Hotel’s New Year’s Eve party. In the country club ballroom, you’ll get a four-course, prix fixe dinner by chef Rolanda Cruz-Tura. To supplement the caviar and truffles, there will be music by dance band Libido and DJ Peoples, an on-site cigar roller, and fireworks on the lawn.
