At posh Bizcaya at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, they are indeed puttin’ on the Ritz, with a $65 prix fixe spread ($25 for the under-12 set) that’s good from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A quartet of salads is on the menu, as are assorted tapas, grilled and marinated veggies, charcuterie and cheeses, a selection of American caviars with blini, and a raw bar featuring crab, shrimp, and oysters. But wait, there’s more: carved-to-order roast beef and pork, a breakfast station churning out omelets, and a tooth-aching roster of desserts.
