The new 1500° at SoBe’s Eden Roc Renaissance is offering an all-American buffet from 4 to 10 p.m. On the menu are butternut squash soup, DIY salad, selection of meats and cheeses, assorted small plates and side dishes, carving station with turkey and roast beef, and quartet of desserts. Oh, and caramel apple decorating for the kids.
