Avicii has canceled his Ultra Music Festival headlining set.

Last night, the Swedish superstar also nixed a show as part of his Avicii Hotel takeover of the SLS before before being rushed to the hospital after he “got sick,” according to a member of his team.

And now the fest’s reps have confirmed that he will not be performing at Ultra 2014.

In speaking with the Miami Herald, Avicii’s manager, Ash Pournouri, said he “was with Tim at the hospital last night and this morning. He was really disappointed that he wasn’t able… to perform for all his fans.”

According to the Herald, the DJ is being evaluated for surgery to remove his gall bladder.

Within minutes, the fest was also revealing the ailing EDMer’s replacement as the Saturday-night headliner, tweeting:

Avicii — real name Tim Bergling — has a reputation for partying hard. In a 2013 GQ profile, the superstar DJ spoke about his excessive drinking. “You are traveling around, you live in a suitcase, you get to this place, there’s free alcohol everywhere — it’s sort of weird if you don’t drink,” he told the magazine.
