But now, this Wilton Manors favorite is asking the community for help after a major equipment meltdown put a dent in their operations. In a heartfelt message shared online, the owner of Wilton Creamery let customers know that the shop's large display case, central to showcasing its chef-driven lineup of handcrafted ice creams, is officially out of commission.
"So those who know me know this is an unusual post," the post reads. If you have not been in lately, we have lost our large case. It is not fixable—it is permanently gone. We have spent the $10k to replace it, and it is being manufactured."
"We have all of our flavors available, but we are entering into the slow season. I am asking for your patronage right now as a show of support. I don't want a handout or a GoFundMe ... but we need to be boosted up, just a bit, to get back on our feet. If you value what we do and what we offer the community, now would be a great time to visit us."

The two-level space feels part retro diner, part industrial loft, with a front-row seat to the people-watching on Wilton Drive.

Chef-Curated Flavors and Wild Toppings Bring the Community Together
Located in the heart of Wilton Manors, the boutique ice cream shop has built a loyal following for its chef-curated flavors, quirky vibe, and community-first ethos. The two-level space feels part retro diner, part industrial loft, with a front-row seat to the people-watching on Wilton Drive. As for what's in the case? The lineup includes hits like "Triple Rum Raisin," with light rum eggnog ice cream studded with dark- and spiced-rum soaked raisins; "Strong Coffee," coffee sweet cream ice cream that is similar to lightly sweetened Cuban coffee; and the heartbreakingly good "He's Not Worth It," made with vanilla and English toffee sweet cream ice cream with Oreo cookies, bits of Heath Bar, chopped soft caramel, and swirls of sea salt caramel.

Beyond the ice cream, the shop serves over 60 topping options, ranging from house-made sea salt caramel and Ghirardelli syrups to Moscato-soaked pineapples and sweetened Philadelphia cream cheese.

Small-batch flavors drop every Friday, and the best way to keep up is to follow the shop on Facebook and Instagram. But this week, it's not about chasing the newest flavor. It's about showing up for a local business that's always shown up for its community. While the case might be broken, the spirit at Wilton Creamery isn't.
