The Setai’s executive chef Jonathan Wright has accepted a position at Sandy Lane Resort in Barbados, and will be exiting the hotel on September 3. He had served three-and-a-half years at the Setai and in the process established himself as one of Miami’s best chefs.
The Setai is said to be seeking his replacement right now.
