Sancocho: Where It At?

What it is: Sancocho, a South American soup/stew usually comprising large pieces of meat and vegetables (often root vegetables). Here it is done up Colombian/Mexican style, a chicken broth chockablock with chicken, corn, sweet potato, yucca, plantain, cilantro, red onion, and a squirt of lime.

The question, though, is Where it at?

We're not saying yet, but we'll be reviewing the place within the next couple of weeks.
