What it is: Sancocho, a South American soup/stew usually comprising large pieces of meat and vegetables (often root vegetables). Here it is done up Colombian/Mexican style, a chicken broth chockablock with chicken, corn, sweet potato, yucca, plantain, cilantro, red onion, and a squirt of lime.
The question, though, is Where it at?
