A new cheekily named fried chicken restaurant is headed to Brickell, but blurting its name out loud might get you in trouble.

New chicken spot T.I.T.T.S is swooping into Brickell, and yes, you read that name right. The shop is called T.I.T.T.S Chicken, which stands for "This. Is. Their. Time. Social."

The restaurant opens January 31 at 1250 S. Miami Ave., bringing what might be Miami's most memorable restaurant name and some seriously stacked chicken sandwiches.

Secret Codes and Loaded Birds

The menu here isn't playing around with chicken or flavor.

Their signature moves come in a few forms: tangy, lime-marinated tenders flying solo in two-piece or three-piece sets, and loaded sandwiches on soft potato buns topped with banana pepper relish and herb aioli. Pro tip: Ask about the "secret code" to unlock an off-menu sandwich stacked with cheese and bacon that'll make your cardiologist cry.

"We're here to challenge how people think about fried chicken," says Jamie Heather, CEO. "We believe in offering something unexpected."

For the health-adjacent crowd, they're serving up smoky ají panca rotisserie chicken bowls loaded with coconut rice, lettuce and scallion salad, sweet potato stuffing, topped with spiced pepitas and sunflower seeds.

Want the bird without the bowl? Grab a half or whole rotisserie chicken. The sides range from sweet potato stuffing to crinkle-cut fries and coconut rice. Don't sleep on their housemade sauces — from hot honey to gravy, these aren't the standard dipping options.

Not Your Grandma's Chicken Shop

The open kitchen puts the action front and center, with chefs slinging birds while UK grime and Brit-pop blast through the speakers.

The space rocks an industrial vibe with concrete, metal, and textured walls — picture if a London punk club decided to start serving chicken. Everything about the spot screams "grab it with your hands and get messy" at their community tables, from the food to the staff rocking sleek charcoal gray uniforms that might make you think twice about asking for extra napkins.

Plus, behind the cheeky name lies a social mission. T.I.T.T.S plans to partner with local organizations to serve up more than just chicken, providing meals and social connections to isolated Miami residents.

"We're building a space for creativity, hospitality, and connection," says Heather. "It's about offering people a place where they can feel part of something bigger."

The January 31 grand opening plans to go all out, too. The first 500 guests score free chicken tenders (one per person), while the first 50 through the door snag tote bags and Bluetooth speakers. A DJ will be spinning from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. that day, and word on the street is you might even spot their giant chicken mascot roaming around Brickell.
