Ramen and poke bowl lovers in Broward just hit the jackpot thanks to Publix's latest store in Pompano Beach, and foodies are already flocking to the supermarket to score some.

Located at 3435 N. Federal Hwy., the new Publix opened on June 26, and it's already going viral on TikTok and Instagram because it isn’t just another supermarket, it’s a foodie destination for secretly solid ramen and poke bowls. "We are excited to welcome customers to their new Publix," says Lindsey Willis, Publix media relations manager. "The store reflects our commitment to quality, service, and fresh offerings. It also features an upstairs area with both indoor and outdoor seating for customers to sit and enjoy their favorite Publix finds."

The ramen bar features customizable chicken ramen and pork ramen bowls for $9.99 with optional toppings and fixings, like soft eggs, crisp veggies, and even a little crunch from fried garlic. Whether you're going for a classic tonkotsu or a spicy miso, the bowl comes together fast and fresh, perfect for a weekday lunch or a relaxed dinner on your way home.

Each bowl, whether chicken or pork, comes with the option to make it miso, spicy miso, tonkotsu, or spicy tonkotsu. Extra meat is $1.99, and an extra egg is $0.99

There are also rice bowls with combinations like "Orange Chicken," "Terriyaki Chicken," "Tofu," "Sukiyaki Beef," and "Asian-Style BBQ Beef."

More Than Just Ramen — Poke Bowls Galore

But the good news doesn't stop at noodles. This new Publix also stocks a build-your-own poke bowl bar with tons of toppings.

Choose your base—rice, brown rice, greens, or both—and load up on tuna, salmon, or baby shrimp, topped off with mix-ins like edamame, imitation crab salad, jalapeno, mango, and avocado. All poke bowls can be topped with "Sushi Sauce," "Spicy Sauce," or "Wasabi Sauce." The regular bowl is $12.49, the large is $14.49, and the large bowl with extra protein is $16.49.

An Outdoor Second Floor Balcony and Patio to Eat and Chill

Need a break from the everyday grocery run? Head up to the second‑floor balcony with communal seating, where you can chill, dine, or people-watch — even outside.

This is the second modernized Publix to debut in Broward, with the first opening its doors in Margate not too long ago. If this is any indication of what's to come, Publix wants to be known as part convenience store, part café, part dining hub. The Pompano Beach location builds on that concept.
