A new restaurant collective of three small eateries just opened in North Miami at the former location of local gem Paradis, which closed earlier this year, and the vibe of the collective aims to be just as intimate.

The new collective pop-up is called Four, and it's now the temporary home of three small Miami businesses: Nu'Man Hall (a coffeehouse), El Señor De Las Babkas (a bakery), and Blk Brw (a café).

During the day, expect baked goods and coffeehouse vibes, and at night, expect wine, tunes, and plenty of pizza.

The official announcement on Four's Instagram (@four.miami) reads, "Welcome to Four, a pop-up brought to you by @blkbrw, @julianpan.305 and @numanhall. It's an absolute honor to be handed the keys to this space we all know and love and because of that we must party!"

The official opening party was hosted on November 24 with DJ sets and lots of food as a preview of how their service will work. Blk Brw and Julian Pan of El Señor De Las Babka will take the day shift, serving the coffee, drinks, and baked goodies both are known for.

Pastries include babkas, morning buns, pistachio rose croissants, and persimmon and mahon Danish. Bread lovers can try the fresh baguettes or country sourdough or pick from one of the sandwiches on the menu, including the brie and pear on the baguette.
In the evening, Nu'Man Hall will take over the dinner service with a variety of plates and pizza. Highlights from the menu include the bread and jam plate, the "Oh, Bluto!" plate, the "March 5" plate, the "Peppa Pig" pizza, and the "Spud" pizza. Ending dinner on a sweet note, the menu includes a berries and cream dessert.

In the official announcement, Four included, "Living on in Paradis' honor, but we're not Paradis! This is our playground to do all the things we've been itching to do and we're excited to do this alongside y'all. Here for a good time not a long time."

As of now, there's no confirmation of how long the pop-up will last, but since its opening, the community has supported Four on social media. One post even shows food selling out for the day.
