Nochebuena, which translates to "the good night" in Spanish, is a Christmas Eve celebration across numerous Spanish and Latin cultures that takes place on December 24 each year in observance of Christmas — and it's the main celebration of the holiday season (often more lively than Christmas Day itself).
Nochebuena dinner parties around the world include plenty of family and friends, a feast for dinner, a religious observance of some kind (some cultures attend a midnight mass on December 25), and plenty of music. Down in Miami, this is no different.
For those hosting Nochebuena this year in Miami, New Times has a list of six excellent catering options to host your guests this Christmas Eve, from Homestead and Kendall all the way to Westchester and Little Havana. Buen provecho!
