We've raved in the past about Ayesha D'Mello's Indian cooking classes. For $75 you get to learn specific regional recipes (usually for six to eight dishes) in a fun environment -- and then feast on the always-delectable end results. I took the class a year or so ago and have since wowed guests with my murg makhani and roti bread. The schedule for upcoming classes follows, with available seats indicated if limited.
Sat. Jan 30 - Murg Makhani and the Works - 2 seats available
Sat. Feb 06 - Flavors from the Beaches of Goa - 1 seat available
Sat. March 06 - Dinner on the Spice Route - 2 seats available
Thu. March 18th - Vegetarian Delights - 2 seats available
