By now you've surely heard about Chef, the movie that follows the life of chef Carl Casper (portrayed by Jon Favreau), who quits his job at a tony Los Angeles restaurant to find love and redemption as a food truck owner in Miami.
Playing his ex-wife is Sofia Vergara, who teams up with him for his Miami food truck (named El Jefe Cubanos), along with his buddy (John Leguizamo) and son.
Co-stars include Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey, Jr., Dustin Hoffman, Bobby Cannavale, and Oliver Platt -- basically a who's who of Hollywood talent.
We're looking forward to seeing how realistic a Miami food truck owner is portrayed in the picture (and how well Miami fares, since the film was shot in Los Angeles).
We'll get our chance soon enough, because Chef opens May 9 -- unless you were at SXSW, where it previewed last Friday
