Right on the heels of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza comes another new entry in Kendall. On July 30, an 8,500-square-foot Blue Martini Lounge will premiere at the newly renovated Palms at Town & Country Shopping Center. You might be familiar with the martini-lounge-cum-restaurant-cum-live-entertainment-venue if you live in  Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Miami, Naples, Orlando, Phoenix, Tampa, or West Palm Beach.

“For years, this tight-knit, largely Latin American community has enjoyed a utopian-like life, but for any sort of diversion or nightlife, residents have needed to travel to Brickell, South Beach, or the
Grove” CEO Mark E. Vasu says. Besides bringing a sophisticated 40-martini menu to the neighborhood, Blue Martini also expects to create nearly 80 jobs for Kendall residents.

A grand opening party for the public will take place July 30 from 4 to 8 p.m. Special discounts will be offered on drinks and food.

Blue Martini will be open from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m. daily, which is easy to remember.
