A new restaurant is coming to the old Provence Grill space across from Perricone's in Brickell (1001 South Miami Avenue). Its name: Baru Urbano. Owner Nicolas Hoyos, former owner of Macondo on South Beach, says the restaurant will serve international food with a Latin flair. The interior will feature street art by Latin American artists. The plan is to open for lunch, dinner and happy hour during the week. And on weekends things will get happy after dinner with some partying. Hoyos said he hopes to open sometime in December.
