Mugshots Friday is canceled this week because its regular author is busy with non-mugshot-related journalism. We’ll do a special two-week extravaganza next Friday. In the meantime, the following (Arrested: 02/10 in Miami-Dade County; Charge: Marijuana possession) is presented without commentary.
