Now, we know what you’re thinking. Mugshots Friday, do you not have any spectacular raver mugshots to show us? Sadly, we don’t, and it’s cute that you think a certain downtown festival is still a rave and not a place for young men in tank tops to roll.
Oddly, however, we did encounter a shocking number of young men in tank tops arrested this weekend for drug and drinking charges.
