I am so sick of hearing “It’s a rebuilding year.” I feel like Kenan Thompson’s newish SNL character whose answer to everything is an angry “FI-EX IT!” Whatever, I guess they won last week. I dunno, I don’t get that channel. Who are they playing this week? Wake Forest. Canes are slightly favored and I look forward to following it on the espn.com scoreboard.

FIU Golden Panthers @ Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns. Saturday 5 p.m. on WINZ am

Only two teams in the Sunbelt Conference have undefeated in-conference records. FIU lost to one last week and plays the other this week. If they win, they’d hold on to their chance at a conference championship. If they lose, well nothing is for sure, but better luck next year. THIS IS NOV 1.
