This YouTube video is a snapshot of the phenomena. It’s filmed by two witty, brown-bag-swigging fashionistas in Overtown, near that grande dame of hipsterdom known as the Vagabond. They have presumably been up all night, and we suspect they were mugged the moment they switched off the camera.
