Update: Cyclist Collides With Motorcyclist Near Soyka Complex, is Rushed to Hospital

Just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, a man on a Huffy bicycle collided with a woman on a Yamaha motorcycle. They were just yards from the News Lounge and Andiamo Pizza, at the corner of NE 54th Street and NE Fourth Court.

An ambulance rushed both of them to the trauma unit at Jackson Memorial with head injuries. Initially Miami Police reported there was a fatality. It is now unclear if anyone died.

We'll update you as we learn more.

Update: The cyclist has a fractured skull and is in critical condition.
