Two men have been arrested in connection with a large South Florida shoplifting scheme, possibly putting an end to a streak that spanned three counties.
Hector Collazo and Carlos Ramirez Martinez were caught after allegedly putting their sticky fingers to action in multiple stores at Aventura Mall this past weekend. Boca Raton Police also say the men were wanted for two separate incidents of stealing ladies’ underwear from Victoria’s Secret.
No, they apparently didn’t have a fetish they were too embarrassed to take to the register. Police say Collazo ran a scheme where he recruited thieves to get five-finger discounts from malls from South Florida all the way to New England.
