Thirty-five-year-old Sosthene Louis has been identified as the man alleged to have killed 26-year-old Lisney Oliveira outside Club Mekka after Oliveira didn’t give him a cigarette. Louis is still on the loose and believed to be dangerous. He’s described as being between five-foot-nine and five-foot-eleven, around 200 pounds, with two gold upper teeth and one gold lower tooth.

Louis is alleged to have tried to bum a cigarette off Oliveira, who was walking in downtown Miami near the club. Oliveira didn’t have one on him. That’s when Louis struck him in the back of the head. Oliveira fell and hit his head on the concrete sidewalk and later died from the trauma. Louis ran off but was captured on surveillance cameras.

Anyone with more information about the attack or Louis’s whereabouts is asked to call the City of Miami Police homicide division at 305-603-6350, or Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS (8477).
