Pharrell Williams' life is better than yours. His music career is back and better than ever. His style is fawned over. He's a judge on one of the biggest shows on television at the moment. But not everything is going well for ol' Pharrell. He can't sell his Brickell penthouse.

Such is the cruel and sometimes unpredictable world of Miami real estate.

Williams bought a penthouse unit at the Bristol Tower back in 2007 for a cool $12.5 million. The place comes with 10,000 square feet of living space, a private pool, and breathtaking 360-degree views of Miami.

Between now and then, though, Williams had his first kid, got married, and watched his career come back at full force. So for whatever reason he put it up on the market in 2012 for $16.8 million.

After not finding any takers, Williams began slashing the price all the way down to $10.9 million. Yes, that's significantly less than he paid for it.

Still, no one bit, and according to Gossip Extra, Williams has now taken the property off the market for now.

While the reinvigoration of Miami's real estate market has worked out for most involved in the high-end condo sector, it hasn't for everyone, particularly Pharrell. He must not be too ...wait for it, wait for it ...happy!
