Developers are putting the tower's second $15 million
Including extra perks and unusual amenities in a package to sell
According to the Wall Street Journal, the buyer will get a pair first-class, round-trip tickets to Milan. On the trip they'll not only meet Armani, they'll also get a two-night stay at the Armani Hotel Milano, a private tour of Armani's flagship store, dine at the Armani Ristorante, have cocktails at Armani Privé, and receive a signed copy of Armani's book.
While Migos and Drake are all about "Versace, Versace, Versace," the buyer of this unit will get an experience that's very "Armani, Armani, Armani."
Notably, though, the deal doesn't include tickets to an Armani runway show or any Armani gear itself. Oh, well. We're sure anyone who can afford the $15 million price tag in the first place will find a way to make do.
Besides, the interiors of the penthouse were designed by Armani and his team. The penthouse stretches 6,000 square feet over the 53rd and 54th floors of the tower.
The 308-unit building broke ground in October and is expected to be completed in 2018. A total of 180 units
