Hot damn, Charlie Crist has smashed that purported $3 million fundraising figure, and hauled in $4.3 million dollars for his senate campaign in only seven weeks as a candidate. As his press release points out, that’s $86,000 a day. Marco Rubio has raised less than 8% of that. Eight percent.
Potential Democratic challenger Kendrick Meek is still holding strong with about $3.1 million, but he’s out raising money for months.
