Sick and tired of the rumor that Charlie Crist is considering jumping into the Senate race in May, one Republican who’s not destined to be a fringe candidate, has jumped into the race. It’s our own Marco Rubio. Maybe he got restless, considering he’s had a pretty campaign website since late last year and no campaign to run in, but he’s still keeping it on the down low.
According to The Miami Herald he officially put in paperwork to register, and started hiring staff last month.
Though, he’s not on the official Dept. of State candidate list yet. Though, no one you’ve ever heard of is, unless you’ve heard of Tyrone K. Brown, Sr., Bob Coggins, Jorge Antonio Lovenguth or Gyndolyn McClellan.
Rubio’s hush hush approach is probably designed to keep a quick exit open in case Crist runs for Senate, in which case Rubio might put he’s eyes on the Gov’s seat.
