They say lightning doesn’t strike twice, but that’s not the case when it comes to the Super Bowl streaker.

Early in the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl LX matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, a shirtless man ran onto the field and briefly disrupted the Patriots’ offense. As he sprinted down the field, evading security, the man held his arms out wide before he slipped near the 10-yard line. Patriots wide receiver Kyle Williams joined the security guards in chasing down the shirtless man, who had “@FXALEXG trade with Athena” written on his back and “Trade in the blindspot written on his chest and stomach.” A pack of security guards then escorted the man off the field.

After videos and photos of the streaker made the rounds on social media, New Times recognized the streaker as a familiar face: Miami social media influencer and day trader Alex Gonzalez, AKA Alex G.

This wasn’t the 25-year-old’s first rodeo.

In 2024, shirtless with @FXALEXG scribbled across his chest, Gonzalez ran onto the field during the third quarter of the Super Bowl LVIII matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Gonzalez and fellow streaker, Sebastian Rivera, were brought to the Clark County jail and booked on misdemeanor charges of prohibited conduct at an athletic event.

Following his release from jail, Gonzalez posted a series of TikTok videos that gave insight into his Super Bowl streak. He coughed up $42,000 for two front-row seats, trained for three weeks for the main event, and purchased cleats.

“One of my goals has always been to streak the Super Bowl,” the day trader said in 2024. “And I don’t want to be that guy that I’m rich and I’m 50 years old and then I’m like, “Damn, I wish I would have done that when I was younger.’ No, I did it now, and I’ll do it again.”

The influencer kept his promise.

Gonzalez, who has amassed 1.3 million followers on Instagram, is known for his social media videos that capture his luxurious lifestyle jet-setting around the world and driving exotic cars. In other videos, he provides day-trading tips and explains how he accumulated his wealth. He also runs the “Swingtradinglab” Telegram chat, where he shares information about his trades. During the 2023 holiday season, he teamed up with Miami’s former cryptocurrency-obsessed mayor, Francis Suarez, to offer free gas fill-ups.

“A week in the life of a trillionaire trader in Dubai,” one of his video titles reads.

According to a Santa Clara Police Department arrest log, Gonzalez was arrested and charged with trespass occupy property without consent, and trespass on a field. Gonzalez’s Super Bowl LVIII streaking sidekick and fellow Miamian, Sebastian Rivera Jimenez, was also arrested and booked on trespassing charges last night.
