University of Miami students love their puns: The shuttles are called “The Hurrycane,” every student government ticket has some slogan like “Here to help U”, the GLBT group is called “spectrUM”. Now the University of Miami College Republicans are carrying on this hilarious tradition with their McCane graphics to help gain popularity for a 72 year old man on a college campus.
