Well, this is just horrible. Melanie and Byrd Billings were found dead in the Beulah, Fl home, about 17 miles northwest of Pensacola. The Billings were parents to 16 children, 12 of whom were adopted — some with special needs. 
The couple appear to have been the victims of a random home invasion. None of the children were harmed. Escambia County police are looking for three men in a red van in connection with the murders.
