We’re not holding our breath, but if the Miami Dolphins win their next two games, not only will they get a spot in the playoffs, but also they’ll be headed for the history books.
Even right now, the Fins are in sixth place for the greatest season-to-season turnaround in NFL history, winning eight more games than last year. If they win two more, they will be officially tied with the ’99 Colts for the greatest turnaround in NFL history.
Maybe that was the plan all along. The Fins wanted some sort of accolade, so they sacrificed last season for the purpose of breaking this record. Please tell me that’s it, because I still can’t get my head around 2007.
