But this isn't your run-of-the-mill modern waterfront mansion. This home has a custom Miami Dolphins football field in the neighboring coastal lot. The 30-yard field, which doubles as a putting green, features the Dolphins logo at the center and orange "Miami" endzones reminiscent of Hard Rock Stadium's end zones.
Kimberly Knausz of One Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent on the three-story, 6,000-square-foot property located off Las Olas at 509 Coconut Isle Dr. The home features five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, plus floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a dedicated fitness room, smart home technology, a wet bar on the third floor overlooking downtown Fort Lauderdale, and a gourmet chef's kitchen.
As far as the outdoor area, the waterfront home features a "resort-style" pool, hot tub, and summer kitchen — so it's basically the perfect spot to host a party and perhaps your family's next year's Turkey Bowl (given the adjacent football field).

He played seven seasons with the Dolphins before joining the Los Angeles Chargers in 2018. In 2021, Pouncey and his identical twin brother Maurkice announced their retirement from the league. Mike later signed a one-day contract with the Dolphins in 2023 to retire as a Dolphin. During his ten-season NFL career, he was named to four Pro Bowls.

A nice floating staircase greets you when you first enter.
