After 17 months of bitter battles between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, Clinton has decided to end her campaign (it’s not like she really had a choice) and support the nominated candidate.
In Clinton’s speech Tuesday night, she hinted that she wanted to keep going. The change of heart came after she was told by asked by other Democrats to concede, according to the New York Times. She informed her supporters in Washington Wednesday that she would be ending her efforts for the nomination.
We are left to wonder now if there is a possibility that she will accept Obama’s offer to be on the ticket (if he offers that is). — Elvis Ramirez
