Heat forward Chris Bosh went down with an abdominal injury during yesterday's Eastern Conference Semi-finals Game 1 against the Indiana Pacers.

And today, the Heat have announced that an MRI reveals Bosh has a strained abdominal muscle and is "out indefinitely."

So it looks like the Heat are going to have to play the remainder of this series without Bosh, and hope that he's good to go for the next round.

The Sun-Sentinel's Dave Hyde tweeted out that a team source says the over-under for Bosh's return is three weeks.

With the Heat always being so coy about their injury reports, the whole "indefinitely" thing is a pain in the ass because we don't know the severity of the injury.

A minor abdominal strain would mean about one to two weeks lost while a major strain would mean about six weeks.

>For now, we wait and hope the strain is a minor one and that Bosh is back hitting his silky smooth shots and yelling like a velociraptor in no time.

And in the meantime, we hope the Heat bench doesn't play like a sack of broken dicks, as they are prone to do.
