Will Tim Tebow make it in the NFL? That’s the million dollar question of the football world now, and everyone has an opinion. Including Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne.

He was on WQAM this morning with hosts Curtis Stevenson and Anita Marks. They asked him his opinion on the curious case of Timothy Tebow.

Henne’s response: “My judgment is that he’s not an NFL quarterback. I’ll leave it at that.”

Of course you don’t need to say much about the former Gators star and Heisman winner to stir up reaction. Especially when there’s more than incidental overlap between the Gators and Dolphins fanbase.

Blog reaction has been mixed, with TMR Zoo suggesting, “Maybe Henne is a bit nervous that Tim Tebow might fall to Miami in the 3rd round of this year’s NFL Draft. He would be a great replacement for 3rd string QB Pat White. Chad Pennington doesn’t have much left in the tank and after last season it seems that Chad Henne is not the answer. Miami could use another QB.”

Meanwhile, Phinsider stands by their Henne: “I will add that I agree 100% with Henne. Luckily, the Dolphins have their QB and won’t be wasting their time or money on Tebow.”

Of course, if Henne did piss of any duel Gators/Dolphins fans, he probably just endeared himself to any Dolfans that spend their Saturdays rooting for the ‘Canes or just about any other college team.
