We’re sure Xavier Vandelanotte had a lot to be thankful for yesterday, but we wouldn’t blame him for not feeling too happy that a Dodge ended up crashing into his home late last night.
The incident happened at Southwest 128th Street and 71st Avenue. At the time Vandelanotte was spending the holiday with his two kids at their mother’s house.
According to WSVN, he returned home to find that a silver Dodge Charger had launched itself through a wall in his garage and also damaged his laundry room and kitchen.
“The bathroom and the laundry room, there’s water on the floor in the kitchen area,” he told WSVN.

The driver and passenger had to be extracted from the car, and were taken to Kendall Regional Medical Center. Their conditions are unknown.
Vandelanotte did at least find one reason to be thankful: His children weren’t home at the time of the crash. Though, he also noted that he is trying to sell the home and this might cause a few setbacks.
