Witnesses tell Local 10 that they saw the man on the hood get out of a black sedan and start arguing with the VW driver. The incident occurred on SW 104th Street near the intersection of 107th Avenue.
The man in the black outfit wound up on the car’s hood. The VW driver hit the gas and even pulled a dramatic U-turn while the man was onboard.
Police were notified and have begun to investigate.
Of course, this being 2016, for all we know, this could be some sort of elaborate YouTube video prank setup.
