State Rep. Ralph Arza made a different kind of call this morning: He resigned his office and bowed out of his re-election race. The former lawmaker is facing criminal charges for his irate, curse-laden phone calls to State Rep. Gus Barreiro.
Here's the complete transcript of the calls, left on Barreiro's cell phone, which Riptide first published last Friday. The first two calls are from Arza; calls three through five have been traced to his cousin, 25-year-old Paulino Barbon, Jr.
