A right-wing Argentinian president, a Nobel Peace Prize winner, and the world’s soccer GOAT walk into the Kaseya Center…. Sounds like the start of a joke but it’s a small part of a long roster of politicians, celebrities, professional athletes, and businessmen slated to speak at a two-day business conference coming to downtown Miami next month.
When the American Business Forum (ABF) conference kicks off at the Kaseya on November 5-6, it will mark the first time the group has brought its signature event stateside. Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, who helped bring the proceedings to the Magic City, is the president of the ABF’s board.
“This forum’s unique platform sets the event apart as the leading destination for influential voices to come together and define the global agenda,” Ignacio Gonzalez, founder of American Business Forum, said in a press release. We are thrilled to gather the world’s brightest minds in Miami.”
Fresh off winning the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize, María Corina Machado, the leader of Venezuela’s opposition party, is among the announced list of a dozen speakers. Other prominent names include President Donald Trump, President Javier Milei of Argentina, and soccer star Lionel Messi. Bret Baier, anchor of Special Report with Bret Baier on Fox News, will host.
“Experience one-on-one interviews with some of the most influential leaders of our time,” the conference website reads. “From CEOs of Fortune 100 companies to global sports and entertainment icons, ABF Miami offers exclusive conversations that inspire, challenge, and connect.” (Easter egg: The fancy site sports a black background and a Star Wars-esque font but apparently lacked a proofreader.)
Ticket prices start at an eye-popping $890. (The early bird special, which ends on October 29, offers deep discounts, with the cheapest tickets priced at $100 apiece.) More than 20,000 people are expected to attend, along with people tuning in worldwide via livestream.
The event is taking place across the street from the site slated for Trump’s future presidential library.
Miami Dade College handed over the highly valuable parcel of land to the state, which then voted to give it to the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation. Last week, Circuit Judge Mavel Ruiz temporarily blocked the land transfer following a lawsuit by local activist Marvin Dunn, who alleged that Miami Dade College officials violated Florida’s Sunshine Law by not giving adequate public notice about the meeting on the vote for the property transfer.
“This is a watershed moment for Miami,” Suarez told the Miami Herald. “This is a really great prelude to 2026, where we have the World Cup and the G20 [Summit].”
Here are the dozen speakers slated to speak at the forum next month:
