Hell yeah.
A week after being closed by order of the City of Miami Department of Fire-Rescue, everyone’s favorite outdoor Wynwood hangout, the backyard at Wood Tavern, is serving up cold beer and good vibes again.
As owner Cesar Morales hollered via Facebook: “WOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! We are opening the back tonight!!!“

There is a caveat, though. “All we can say,” Morales mentions, “is that we are under a microscope and capacity is limited.
So his advice: “Get here early. And if we can’t let you please don’t be mad at us.”
But for everyone who doesn’t try to pull Miami Time-style shenanigans, there will be complimentary eats and gratis drinks in celebration of Wood’s backyard.
“Thanks for the patience and overwhelming support. To give back, free tacos and open liquor bar (house brands only) from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
“You guys are the best seriously. Love you.”
