British pop icon Robbie Williams, known for his global smash "Angels" and the unforgettable visuals in "Rock DJ," in which he literally strips down to his bones, has just made a major real estate move in Miami. Days after being confirmed as the Official FIFA Music Ambassador, the singer recently purchased a waterfront mansion in Coconut Grove from former Real Housewives of Miami cast member Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé, attorney Anthony Lopez.

Details of the off-market deal, which closed at a jaw-dropping $40 million, surfaced earlier this week via Robb Report and quickly made national headlines. The estate, located in the exclusive Old Cutler Bay neighborhood, spans nearly 20,000 square feet, boasts 435 feet of waterfrontage, and includes a garage fit for 18 cars.

According to an Instagram post by Dennis Carvajal with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented Martin and Lopez, the sale set a new record for the area — raising the bar in a neighborhood already known for sky-high prices — with the deal closing at roughly $5,000 per square foot.

Williams, represented by Chad Carroll at The Chad Carroll Group of Compass, reportedly plans to relocate to the Magic City with his wife, actress Ayda Field, and their four children. The family has been on the move since selling their Beverly Hills mansion to Drake for over $70 million — a headline-making transaction in its own right.

The Coconut Grove mansion was originally purchased by Martin and Lopez in 2022 for $21.5 million. Over the past two years, the couple transformed the home into a sophisticated smart estate. But it looks like Williams has even bigger plans.
Manny Angelo Varas — dubbed "The Billionaire's Builder" — is spearheading a luxe expansion of the property. The planned upgrades include a 2,000-square-foot guest pavilion with potential for a recording studio. One standout feature under consideration: a floating padel court, which, if approved, would be the first of its kind at a U.S. residence.

With a music legend like Williams now calling Coconut Grove home, the neighborhood's star power continues to rise. And with panoramic waterfront views and studio space on-site, we can't help but wonder — will the next hit single be Miami-made? Could a collaboration with one of the city's own stars be on the horizon? Only time will tell.
