Recently reunited South Florida blooz-rawk trio Stonefox has posted a missive to its Facebook friends requesting assistance booking gigs up and down the East Coast in September. The shows would ideally occur September 17-19 in New York, and October 13-17 in Orlando, Atlanta, Raleigh, and Baltimore.
UPDATE: the fellas just spiced up the day with the addition of a fierce new MP3 titled “Black Gold” — not a Soul Asylum cover. Find the download link after the jump.
Our recommendations for New York/Brooklyn venues: Cake Shop, Bruar Falls, the new Knitting Factory, and Madison Square Garden. Also of note, Stonefox’s MySpace also lists five New York dates (venue TBA) for October 20-24, which coincides with the 2010 CMJ Music Marathon. Hopefully we’ll be there too, fellas!
Locals can catch the guys at Propaganda in Lake Worth on May 29 with the Freakin’ Hott and Zombies! Organize!!, and Respectable Street in West Palm Beach June 12 with Kill Now.
