Did y'all realize it's mid November already? We were so caught up in Basel music news and Justin Bieber paternity gossip that we damn near forgot it's the weekend before Thanksgiving.

And you know what that means, right? Historically, the weekend leading up to Thanksgiving marks the unofficial start of the holidays.

OK, we totally made that up. The weekend before Thanksgiving is just like any other, which means we've rounded up the best music-related shit to do under $10.

Stokeswood. Friday, November 18, 11 p.m., The Stage, 170 NE 38th St., Miami. $10. Live form Atlanta, Stokeswood brings its indie pop to The Stage.



Iko Iko. Friday, November 18, 9 p.m., Van Dyke Cafe, 846 Lincoln Rd., Miami Beach. $7. Borrowing the name of a '50s pop song, Miami's legendary blues quartet Iko Iko rocks the Van Dyke tonight. You might remember this local crew for its appearance in Cape Fear.



Celestial Music Festival. Friday, November 18, 10 p.m., Churchill's Pub, 5501 NE Second Ave., Miami. $7. Folk duo Raffa and Rainer headline this incredible "eclectic showcase."



MSRP. Friday, November 18, 10 p.m., Bougainvillea's Old Florida Tavern, 7221 SW 58th Ave., South Miami. Free. Long live cover bands!



Freestyle Friday with Rudy Gil. Friday, November 18, 9 p.m., Tobacco Road, 626 S. Miami Ave., Miami. $5. Freestyle. It's like a Power 95 traffic mix come to life. Can't wait.
