Stevie Nicks has announced a postponement of her upcoming tour dates, including a scheduled performance on September 3 at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida, due to a recent shoulder injury. The 77-year-old singer shared the news via Instagram, revealing she sustained a fractured shoulder that requires recovery time, forcing the rescheduling of shows originally set for August and September.

“Due to a recent injury resulting in a fractured shoulder that will require recovery time, Stevie Nicks’ scheduled concerts in August and September will be rescheduled. Please note that the October dates will be unaffected,” the statement reads. Fans are advised to hold on to their tickets, as all previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new dates. Additional details are available at the original point of purchase.

The postponed shows affect nine cities, including Detroit, Saint Paul, Toronto, Brooklyn, Boston, Cincinnati, Columbia, Tampa, and Hollywood, FL. The South Florida date, initially set for September 3, has been rescheduled for December 10 at the same venue.
Nicks last performed at Hard Rock Live on February 24, 2024, delivering a set packed with Fleetwood Mac classics and solo hits. Known for her ethereal stage presence and unmistakable voice, she remains a towering figure in rock music. Beyond her legendary work with Fleetwood Mac, Nicks has built a solo legacy that includes multi-platinum records and high-profile collaborations with artists such as Miley Cyrus, Sheryl Crow, Dolly Parton, Harry Styles, and Gorillaz.

On July 23, Nicks and former bandmate and ex-boyfriend, Lindsey Buckingham, made headlines by announcing a reissue of their 1973 album Buckingham Nicks. The news arrived via a billboard in Los Angeles and a joint Instagram reel marking 52 years since the album’s original release.
“Stevie looks forward to seeing everyone soon and apologizes to the fans for this inconvenience,” the statement concluded.

From the New Times newsroom, we wish her a fast recovery and look forward to welcoming her back to the stage in South Florida this December.
